Job description:
- Search for rental property products by type and assigned area;
- Supporting customers in choosing suitable real estate products, consulting commercial quantitative, real estate lease contracts;
- Search, maintain and develop a network of customers and partners in many fields (directly or indirectly);
- Report to management levels about customers’ needs, problems and concerns; competitor’s performance and competencies in product / service business development;
- Assisting the accounting department in debt recovery;
- Perform other jobs as requested by superiors.
